| This package combines a visit to the Battlefields of Rorke's Drift and Isandlwana, Battle of Talana and Battle of Blood River On day one you would visit two of the world's bloodiest battlefields accompanied by an expert guide who will take you back more than 100 years to a time that defies imagination. On day two you proceed in your own vehicle and visit the Blood River Monument and Ncome Museums and then go onto Talana Museum where you visit the Battlefield of Talana. On site guide's will accompany you if you choose. | |

| Day One | Arrive after 4pm at the Lodge |
| 18h30 Watch a DVD in our lounge on the Battle of Isandlwana. | |
| 19:30 Dinner | |

| Day Two | 07:00 Breakfast |
| 07:30 Your personal guide will pick you up at the Lodge. You will then spend the morning hearing about the bloody battle fought at Isandlwana ending up on the Battlefield itself where you can roam amongst the many memorials erected to the fallen. | |
| 13:00 Lunch at Rorke's Drift Cafe (a first time business for 4 enterprising local Rorke's Drift residents) | |
| 14:00 Your guide will take you step by step through the Defence of Rorke's Drift - the brave and terrifying story of soldiers trapped with their backs to the wall. | |
| 17:00 Return to the lodge | |
| 19:30 Dinner | |

| Day Three | 07:30 Breakfast |
| 08:30 Your guide will pick you up and take you to Blood River Monument - there you can visit the Monument - erected by a Nationalist Government to commemorate an event that is pivotal in the life of an Afrikaner. On the opposite side of the River the present government has now opened the Ncome Museum which relates the history of the Zulu people as well as giving the visitor an insight into the Zulu side of the story. | |
| 13:00 Lunch at The Miner's Rest at Talana Museum. | |
| 14:00 Your guide will recount the happenings at the Battle of Talana where the British soldiers had to defend themselves against an attack by the Boers. Take a walk through the Talana Museum - one of the best "little" museums in South Africa. Your guide will bring you back to the Lodge. | |
| 19:30 Dinner back at the Lodge. | |
